Hi! I'm Amanda, the artist behind Xyla Darling.

By day, I'm a registered nurse in Austin, Texas. By night, you'll usually find me surrounded by paint, thread, fantasy books, and a Newfoundland who inspired the name of this little business.

Xyla Darling was born from my love of creating things that don't quite fit the traditional needlepoint mold. I wanted canvases that felt bold, a little gothic, a little whimsical, and completely stitchable. Think jewel tones, anatomy, folklore, strange artifacts, alternative aesthetics, pop culture, and the occasional bit of organized chaos.

Every canvas is hand-painted with care and designed to become something you'll genuinely enjoy stitching and displaying.
